ARTIFEX releases products in scheduled drops. Inventory is prepared in advance and orders are fulfilled immediately after purchase while supplies last.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after purchase. During high-volume release periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. ARTIFEX is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

CARRIER DELAYS

ARTIFEX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or events outside of our control.
