Refund policy

Due to the limited-edition and collectible nature of ARTIFEX products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Exceptions may be made in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives with an issue, please contact support@artifexvault.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Approved replacements will be issued at our discretion, subject to product availability.
